Under-mount sinks will require the top drawer to be non-operational (Our 2 door Vanity is a better choice for under-mount sinks)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur available sizes are designed to leave small overhang front and sides, usually about 1\/2 inch from standard sized vanity tops (sold separately). Please contact us if you need a custom size.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrawers are solid Maple with dovetail joinery hung on soft-close under-mount premium slides.\u003cbr\u003eStandard plumbing cutout can be modified for your unique set-up if needed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe cabinet is a few inches taller than our Floating version to accommodate an ideal final height of 30-36”. Don’t forget to account for Countertop thickness when considering final height.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe legs and apron are solid hardwood. Available at checkout in 4”, 6” or 8” heights to accommodate your desired vanity top final height. (We recommend you choose a leg height that will clear the baseboard so the Vanity can be flush against the wall. We include cabinet screws for wall-stud connection)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVanities are finished with low VOC Hard Wax Oil for a durable, water-resistant satin sheen.
