Shipping
All our furniture is made to order! Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipment. Contact us for a more specific lead-time which does fluctuate throughout the year. We also over a "RUSH" service if needed. Contact us with questions anytime.
We ship USPS or FedEx for most items but reserve the right to change shipping methods depending on size and weight of total order (including use of Parcel post, UPS and freight carriers)

Returns + Exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom, Personalized, or Sale items.
Returns and exchange details: All sales are considered final but if there is any problem with one of our products due to shipping or construction defect, please get in touch with us ASAP and we will work to make things right. Pieces that make it back to us in salable condition will can be refunded. All custom order sales are final.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. Orders will be placed as soon as payment has been received. Orders will be shipped in the order received.
