Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom, Personalized, or Sale items.

Returns and exchange details: All sales are considered final but if there is any problem with one of our products due to shipping or construction defect, please get in touch with us ASAP and we will work to make things right. Pieces that make it back to us in salable condition will can be refunded. All custom order sales are final.
